Digital products

All Finastic products (including the XAU/USD Blueprint) are digital downloads with instant, lifetime access. Because the full content is delivered immediately after checkout, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

When we do refund

• Duplicate purchase — you were charged twice for the same product.
• Delivery failure — you paid but could not access the download and our support could not fix it within 48 hours.
• Not as described — the product is materially different from what this website promised.

Refund requests must reach us within 14 days of purchase at mannanmujawar@gmail.com (include your Gumroad order email). Approved refunds are issued by Gumroad to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

Our products are education, not financial advice, and no trading outcome is promised or guaranteed. Trading losses are not grounds for a refund.
